HOW TO PAY:
Credit or Debit cards: Use the site ordering process and secure server or telephone your order during office hours
(Tel: 01722 790003).
Cheques (UK only): Use the site ordering process and then send your cheque within 5 working days. We will hold the item for this period to allow the cheque to arrive, before releasing the item for sale again. Please make cheques payable to Sophie Simpson.
DELIVERY (UK):
For the accessories we use standard Royal Mail postal services such as 1st class or parcel post. Postage charges are calculated on the basis of weight and also include a small amount for packaging. The amount will be added at the end of your order so you can see the postal charge before you commit to buy. Where possible we will combine items for postage. Most items are in stock, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. For those items not in stock, please allow 28 days and we will notify you of a more accurate delivery date.
If you require a guaranteed, next day service this can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss the options and request a quote before ordering.
The fabrics are sent out by courier and will need to be signed for.
OVERSEAS, BFPO and NON-MAINLAND UK DELIVERY:
Please contact us for delivery times and charges before placing an order.
RETURNS POLICY:
If you are not happy with your purchase please notify us within 7 days of delivery, return the goods and we will arrange for either a refund of exchange. Post and Packaging costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty. Cut lengths of fabric are non-returnable unless faulty.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
We recommend dry-cleaning our linens. Please allow for a small amount of shrinkage and slight fading in background colour if washed at 30 degrees. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
DISCLAIMER:
We hand print on natural linen so our fabrics may vary from batch to batch. For precise colour matching please ask for a stock cutting.
